A very interesting subject about Quantum Mechanics is that its interpretation is open to discussion. There are fundamental rules that all the ideas share, but at the end, there is a "singularity" where the descriptions diverge. Have a look to some of these interpretations HERE. What do you think? How do YOU understand Quantum Mechanics?

"Teleportation of entanglement over 143 km".. this is the title of one of the fabulous papers recently published that proved how entanglement is not only a quantum effect but also can be appreciated in the macroscopic world. This doesn't mean that in the near future we can be in a peaceful and relaxed holiday spot in a matter of seconds using teleportation, but you know, one small step for a photon, may lead to a giant leap for mankind..
Have you heard of the Quantum Zeno Effect? Now it's time then..
another weirdness of the quantum world has just been verified. Discover more below! SmB6, or samarium hexaboride, behaves at very low temperature in a way which makes scientists to question the basis of condensed matter physics. Understand how materials behave at the quantum level is a crucial element in the development of new theories and the performance of experiments. Physics behaves very different within these regimes, and now, a possible new quantum phase could be explored. New experiments are being conducted to shed some light on this paradox...
