Dark matter killed the dinosaurs??

What makes a theory to be a "theory"? Well, in theory means hypothetically, and therefore it is a speculation. It may or not be correct. And that is why there are many theories that we might take for granted but an alternative THEORY can always be expressed. And this happens to the origin of the mass extinction which devastated Earth and ended the life of dinosaurs. I let you discover more by clicking on the picture below. What do you think??

Speculative as it may be, I like the theory ^^ Could explain why we haven't seen a damn thing in any dark matter detector so far ;) On the other hand, we observe most DM distributions in other galaxies to be spherical... However, it's only natural to assume that if there are dark matter particles, that there is more than one (stable) particle type. Why should nature be simple for once? Then one/some of them could have stronger self-interaction and thereby form an accretion disk - inside the halo formed by the noninteracting DM particles. But then why haven't we seen DM disks in other galaxies so far? Hopefully, Gaia will shed some light on the Milky Way's DM distribution for us :)
